Where to look

Which document do I need?

Before you buy

Read the PDS and the TMD. The PDS tells you what is and is not covered; the TMD tells you whether you are the kind of customer we designed the product for. The FSG explains who we are and how we are paid. You should have all three before you decide.

When you claim

Sections 4 to 7 of the PDS cover insured events, benefits, exclusions and the claims process. Your Certificate of Insurance shows your level of cover and limits. Your case manager will point you to the exact clause for any decision we make.

If something goes wrong

Our complaints procedure sets out how to raise a concern, what we will do and by when. If you are not satisfied with our final response, or 30 days have passed, you can take the matter to AFCA at no cost.
