What happens next

Three things happen after you press send.

  1. We acknowledge your message

    Same day

You will receive an email with your reference number. If you have told us it is not safe to leave messages, we will only ever contact you by the method you chose.

  2. The right team picks it up

    Within 1 business day

Messages about claims go straight to a case manager. Complaints are logged with our Customer Advocate team the moment they arrive. Everything else goes to a person who can actually make the change, not a queue.

  3. You get an answer, in writing

    Within 2 business days

We confirm what we have done, or what we need from you, by email. If a change to your policy affects your premium or your cover, we send an updated policy schedule at the same time.
